Good afternoon!
We had a looooooooong work day today. Most crews left at 8am and returned at around 6:30pm. Everyone from students to adults are dragging today. We finished the Pray America site 1 & 2 houses, we finished the Banana Plantation projects which included pouring a concrete floor for a widows house and a widowers house. The painting crew finished painting at the Chichi house and we don't have an estimate of how many gallons were used but it was a lot. We also donated two pigs today.
We had an awesome dinner and celebrated Catie Stewarts birthday today. We had cake and got her a piñata.
Brad and Carrie lead us in worship and we had communion.
Tomorrow we leave for Antigua and some are going to Love the Child orphanage. After that we will arrive at the Barcelo hotel in Guatemala City for dinner and then fly home on Saturday.
I apologize for the short blog, we got up too early and stayed up too late!
Thank you all for checking in!
