Second meeting updates

Great turnout today for our second team meeting.  So happy so many of you were able to attend.  Don't forget to mark you calendar for the fun day planned at Camp Snoody on April 26th as we hope everyone can be there.  If you did not sign up to bring something for lunch, please let Helen
Arrington know. You will also be receiving an email closer to the date on who needs a ride and who can drive.
Please double check that you have done everything needed at this point.
This is your 10-things-to-do-in-March.
1. Two prayer partner names with contact info turned in to Julius Bobbert and encouragement cards sent to your partners.
2. All paper work with emergency form and copy of passport turned in.
3. Exchange money turned into Walter Chinn. (Must have by April 26)
4. Coffee orders $8.00 a lb turned into Emily Flury (ground or whole bean)
5. Second payment made.  Final payment due in April.
6. Students signed up with Paige Seibert for Flea and Thee and for your services for hire.
7. Guatemala student prayer partner letter written and turned in.
8. Start collecting used large girls/small women's size athletic shoes.
9. Start collecting and purchasing items you will need for the trip from the pack list.
10. Read the 10 things article.
