READY?

Our last meeting was Sunday.  I hope you all picked up a small backpack to pack into your CHECKED bag.  There was also a small booklet filled with information that you want to keep with you all week; and a business card with the flight information on it.  We are flying Delta and have electronic tickets (no paper) so when you check-in with Delta, they will give you a boarding pass.  PLEASE note the NEW INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL is where you need to check in.  We need to be at the GATE two hours prior to flight time, so please allow yourself time to get there.  I will be at the security gate and Ms. Cox will be at the departure gate.  Be sure to let one or both of us know you have arrived!

In your carry on bag... PASSPORT, any medication, eye glasses, and whatever you need to make the flight comfortable. Maybe a 3 oz bottle of hand cleanser, a book, your Guatemala booklet to read through?

If you're stressing about what to wear, then go with closed in shoes and jeans/long pants.  Be conservative.
