We will meet on SUNDAY, MAY 20, 2012 for our final meeting.

Every team member needs to be here!  We will give out a small day pack to each of you (that is packed with supplies) which needs to be packed into your suitcase.  You will also receive your flight plans for the trip and the weeks itinerary.

We will go over what to pack and what not to wear.  We are almost done!  You should have ALL the immunizations done!  Your passport should be in your hands by now.  All the paper work should be finished and your money paid in full.  Your RX for Cipro can get called in to the pharmacy.  
Maybe it's time to start going over the packing list to see what you have and what you might need to find at the local thrift store.

Stay tune for a meeting place.  I think this should be a meeting over a meal; any ideas?  Post or email me your ideas of where we can do this.  Is lunch best?  Or dinner time better?
