Thanks for making it to the meetings and bringing in your supply suitcase. Oh, you haven't done that? PLEASE, go grab a suitcase and bring it to the church now... at least put it in the trunk of your car so you can leave it on Sunday. :) Be sure to put your name in it and if you want this returned or donated (there are luggage forms at the desk).
Drop off two copies (black & white) of your passport by April 15, 2009. NO excuses. You should have this by now and I need the copies. In an envelope, at the front office, attention LISA/Guatemala.
Cash for Guatemala spending... Write a separate check to RPC, note Guatemala cash on the memo line (with the team member name) and drop that with your passport copies.
I recommend $75-100 U.S. which converts to a real shopping spree in country. The money will magically appear in your hotel room in Chichi already converted to Q's... isn't that amazing? Due by April 15, 2009.
Last and final payments for every team member is due April 30, 2009. If you need a balance please contact Carmen at the church (carmen@roswellpres.org). Don't forget to make a note in the memo: Guatemala/team member name.
